We design, own, manage and lease our own buildings. This in-house approach allows us to build-out and lease office space at a much lower cost than competitors. Our leases are a two page document with simple and direct terms. Rates include all triple net charges: utilities, insurance, taxes, cleaning, refuse, snow removal, landscaping, etc. Unlike our competitors, you pay only for the space you occupy and are not charged for the halls, restrooms, lobbies, etc.
