We design, own, manage and lease our own buildings. This in-house approach allows us to build-out and lease space at a much lower cost than competitors.  Our leases are a two page document with simple and direct terms.  Rates include all triple net charges: utilities, insurance, taxes, cleaning, refuse, snow removal, landscaping, etc.  Suites are based on useable sq. ft., not rentable sq. ft.  You pay only for the space you occupy and are not charged for the halls, restrooms, lobbies, etc.

Stonewood Corporate Center

The Stonewood Corporate Center comprises 3 office buildings just east of I-41/I-45 at the intersection of Mequon Road and Stonewood Drive. The countryside location is central to Ozaukee, Washington and Waukesha county communities and less than 30 minutes from downtown Milwaukee.  Stonewood I  has over 30 single offices with access to a copier and conference room.  Stonewood II has a range of suite sizes available from a single office to 4,000+ square feet.
