In 1969, our commitment to quality and craftsmanship extended to include the design and construction of office buildings. Commercial and retail space soon followed and today Mikkelson Builders owns and manages over 400,000 sq. ft. of office space. This combination of ownership and management assures a hands on approach to satisfy all of your needs.
Mikkelson Builders designs, owns, manages and leases our own buildings. This in-house approach allows us to build-out and lease space at a much lower cost than competitors. We currently have 20 buildings in the Mequon, Germantown, Pewaukee and Delafield regions to satisfy your needs throughout the northern and western Milwaukee areas.
